Applicants who will take the examination in a country other than Turkey must apply online via http://oibs.mersin.edu.tr
between the application dates (15 February 2017 - 28 April 2017).
Enter http://oibs.mersin.edu.tr and click Kaydol
(Register) button. Enter your information in the pop-up panel. Be sure that
information is true. The responsibility of the
consequences resulting from misinformation while filling the application form
belongs entirely to the applicant. Don't forget, your passport will be checked
at the entrance for the MEÜYÖS.
Check your identity information is true and than click Kaydet
(Save) button. You will get your User Name and Password on your screen.
Theese will be also sent at your e-mail adress.
The e-mail address required in the
application form must belong to
the applicant and every applicant must provide only one e-mail address. The
e-mail address in question must not be used for correspondence or transactions
on behalf of other applicants.
Name can only be acquired once. As the applicant number
will be necessary both for the examination and for all the transactions to be
made with MEU virtually, it must be kept carefully.
After being given an applicant number,
it is obligatory to indicate the User Name
in all kinds of correspondence carried out with Mersin University. The
petitions lacking the User Name are
not to be put into effect.
After finishing your pre-registration login to http://oibs.mersin.edu.tr with your User Name and Password.
Click to Application and Preference button and open the Application Form.
Read the information on the Application Form.
Choose a city for taking MEÜYÖS.
Click the I Accept
Terms of Reference box.
Click Add Document button and than Self-Photo.
Upload your self-photo.
As this photo is going to be printed on
the Examination Admission Document and the Examination Result Document, the
photo must be taken in the last six months and from the front view.
The applicant must avoid making
significant changes in his or her appearance in a way which can make him or her
less recognizable on the exam day. It must be taken into consideration that if
the Head of the Examination Hall finds difficulty in recognizing the identity
of the applicant, s/he has the right to exempt the applicant from the

process finish your applicaiton by clickin the Kaydet (Save) button.
Don't forget to pay for the examination.
